Wonderfully aesthetic and ergonomic, our oak kitchen tongs are made by Devon woodsman Ambrose Vevers. At about 29cm, they are great for grabbing toast from the toaster or serving up noodles or salad. With slanted ends, these wooden kitchen tongs can also be used for stir frying. 

Handmade from sustainably sourced oak, bound with leather and a little peg, these tongs are crafted to last. Carefully selected straight grain oak gives the wooden tongs spring and strength.  

This product is skillfully crafted by Ambrose Vevers using tree material sourced in Devon where he responsibly manages woodlands, operates his own sawmill and works using traditional techniques. The chopping boards, spatulas and tongs all display individual grains and shades.

  • Finished with food safe oil and leather binding

  • Hand wash using a damp cloth and don’t submerge in water

  • The tongs are not dishwasher safe
