Shipping

We carefully wrap and package all your orders in our Falmouth shop. We are committed to being mindful of our environment with plastic-free and biodegradable packaging. 

Shipping is calculated using weight of goods and postal address at checkout automatically. 

We love to make your gifts personal. Add gift wrap or a greetings card. Pop a note in at checkout and we will hand write a personalised gift note for your recipient.

Delivery Time

We usually post orders within one or two days of receiving them. If you need an item posted any faster than this, please do get in touch and we'll do our very best. Just drop us an email on hello@ondineash.com

Customers outside of the UK

We use Shopify’s automatic system to calculate applicable customs duties and taxes based on each product’s HS code and country of origin to avoid nasty surprises at delivery.

Please contact us before ordering if you would like us to troubleshoot any issues as we can recalculate costs manually.
