A fine ceramic mug in a glossy pale and verdant, green, hand built by the Brickett Davda pottery in Brighton. Each piece is pressed into a mould individually and brush painted, creating a unique surface and beautiful irregularities. The perfect mug for tea or an americano, we love this piece as part of a larger collection of Brickett Davda ceramics in a combination of their soft complimentary colours.

Brickett Davda is the studio of Jo Davda and her team who have been making her iconic moulded ceramics in Brighton since the early 90s. Their process, happily, hasn’t changed much in that time as “clay is rolled by hand, finished by hand’’. Earthenware is pressed and smoothed into a plaster cast mould (rather than thrown), before firing and glazing.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We are experts at wrapping ceramics and other fragile items with care. We use completely plastic-free packaging, biodegradable packing chips and recyclable paper tape.
