- Every item is individually made by hand in small batches using natural materials so there may be subtle variation in size, shape and glaze finish from piece to piece.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be added at checkout depending on the weight and size of your cart and where you are. Please feel free to email us at hello@ondineash.com with any queries.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We are experts at wrapping ceramics and other fragile items with care. We use completely plastic-free packaging, biodegradable packing chips and recyclable paper tape.
