Our small all-female team work from our shop in Falmouth, Cornwall, wrapping up and posting out our special small-batch pieces to you worldwide everyday alongside selling delights to our lovely locals.
We love to source hand-made ceramics and textiles for the home, well-made essentials to wear, and naturally blended beauty products and scents. Find hand-crafted wooden objects too, lush sheepskins, artist prints and much more.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be added at checkout depending on the weight and size of your cart and where you are. Please feel free to email us at hello@ondineash.com with any queries.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We are experts at wrapping ceramics and other fragile items with care. We use completely plastic-free packaging, biodegradable packing chips and recyclable paper tape.
