This incredible hand-woven willow backpack basket is brought to us from artist and basket maker Susan Early. A magnificent piece to last a life time, its a bellied basket form with adjustable leather straps to fit most sizes. Brass hardware, that with age with grace and interest as its worn completes the form. Perfect for foraging, carrying kids belongings on a day out or as a beach bag (that never collects sand!) - we adore these baskets.

These beautiful willow baskets are made by hand in Gloucestershire by artist and maker Susan Early. Susan has been weaving willow for more than twenty years; her foundation came from early study of the craft and time spent with master basket makers in France. She works in sculpture, baskets and other wearable forms that sit reassuringly in their surrounds.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We are experts at wrapping ceramics and other fragile items with care. We use completely plastic-free packaging, biodegradable packing chips and recyclable paper tape.
