Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

UK Orders
We usually post orders within one or two days of receiving them. If you need an item posted any faster than this, please do get in touch and we'll do our very best. Just drop us an email on hello@ondineash.com

Customers outside of the UK
Please contact us before ordering and we'll be able to calculate exact shipping costs to your address. 

You may be charged for import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country, this is out of our control.

Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days or purchase, and must be unused and in all original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item by emailing us on hello@ondineash.com

Eligible refunds will be processed within three to five working days of the receipt of your parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the returned amount. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded.
