Pip Hartle creates beautifully functional ceramics, each individually wheel thrown and glazed using her milky white base, dusted with hand painted inky blue black loose and abstract motifs.  Pip's work is rustic and robust, with a delicate painterly quality too. 

These bowls vary in size, we list in size bands with available glaze pattern. Please don't hesitate to send us a line if you are looking for a particular size and glaze or have any questions. Please use our photographs for reference.

The small size are perfect for a breakfast granola, balls of ice cream or a starter portion of soup. 12CM across, 5-7cm deep

The medium are around 19- 20cm across and 4-5cm deep. Best for small salads, soup mains and big breakfasts.

Our large size is the one for a bowl meal, serving sides or as a pasta plate. We can imagine them piled up with cherries midsummer and mid table too.

Pip Hartle creates textile inspired stoneware ceramics in her London studio. Her work is functional and totally unique. Each piece is one of a kind and we love the texture she creates through her glazing process. Her work is often inspired by traditional textile weaves and prints from around the world, a key reference for us here at Ondine Ash too.
